"Unhandeled error" #397

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Procurement v1.3.1
2.OS Windows 7 64-bit
3.When I log in.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Please provide any additional information below.

When I log in, it runs through all my items. At the end, it stops and this 
error pops up: 

"There was an unhandeled error-Sorry! Please send the debuginfo.log to one of 
the developers. For quickest response please log a ticket on our google code 
page at http://code.google.com/p/procurement/issues

Procurement 1.3.1 is really old, download 1.8.2 !
