Yes

What version of Procurement are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.4 - win 8.1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open procurement
2. click login
3. wait about 7 minutes until it fails on loading rampage stash tabs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There were two performance related chances made to the networking code in
1.8.3-1.8.4, I've removed the first change which is most likely to have caused
this issue, and uploaded a dev build to github:

https://github.com/Stickymaddness/Procurement/releases/tag/1.8.5-dev

Please test with this version, and let me know if it works, otherwise I will up
a second release and undo the second change. Once we've established what was
the cause of the issue, I'll fix it in the main release for the next version.

No problem, keep an eye out for the next release, since 1.8.5-dev does not
check for updates!
