right click and refresh #470

When I right click on tab and select "Refresh" application hangs for long time 
and in the end tab is not refreshed (no new items inside). Could there be some 
progress bar or textarea with info what is going on under the hood?

It seems that it was fixed in 1.9.0

Hi,

Procurement moved to github over a year ago, and I have not been monitoring the 
google code issue tracker. 

Google is shutting down google code in 3 weeks time, as such I am disabling 
this issue tracker as I will not be able to reply after that date.
