This pull request removes RefSeq Masher from Proksee and replaces it with a custom solution using a new Mash database.

How are you planning to retrieve the Mash database as well as the mapping tab file. Is this something that you plan on addressing in a separate pull request?

We can wait on merging the pull request, but the plan is to improve the database build script and merge it into proksee-database. Then, we might need to make the files available somewhere and incorporate the downloads into the installation process.
