Closed sidebar hover issue #160

This issue relates to #109

On the desktop version of our website, we have a issue when the sidebar is collapsed; Whenever the user hovers over the icons, the colors of the panes that expand are all over the place.

Closing this - It is no longer relevant as we have removed the option to close/minimise the sidebar menu.
