Update import-function to update projects #209

Issue

Right now the import script, importing all timeregistration from our Google sheet, it will only import timeregistrations, but we need also importing invidually projects into the project collection in our Firestore.

Discussion

Update the firebase-functions to collect all individually projects in a map, and set it in firebase.
