Problem Data about how much we work and how much of it that needs to be invoiced needs to be compiled and taken to Dinero, where we write our invoices, and send them to our customers.
The process is currently manual and error prone it's costly and it currently represent a bottleneck in our administration, since only one person is doing it. Also the invites needs to go out at a very certain time each month, and the window to generated them is short, so even if it's a relative small task it implies a lot of coordination, planning and hectic activity.
Feature The data that is stored in Dilly Dally, should be compiled automatically and fed to Dinero on an API, Invoices should be generated and left for final approval. A copy should be sent to the appropriate business or account manager and when approved, it should automatically be forwarded on to the customer..
Value We would save a lot of time in the process, getting rid og the bottle neck and dependency of just one person to do it. We would get less errors in the invoices and we would make sure, that all business or account managers sees the invoice - before the customer does.
