Add tag/label list to timeregs documents in DB #85

Reference to #11

We need to restructure our 'timeregs' data format and remove certain fields (category, issue etc.) which can be defined as a tag/label instead. This makes it much easier to filter in the frontend.

We wont do that for now, maybe we will take a new look at this issue in future.
