Short 1: 8:58-9:35 (41 Seconds)
Text on screen 1: Students are often told to network with people in companies they want to work in. Should students target senior managers or can junior employees work just as well?
Blurb 1: Reaching out to senior executives for job advice can be hard, but don't worry we've got your back with a career hack that will get you moving up quickly. If you are intimidated, just reach out to a more junior associate. Here Emily Nordquist, the Director of Early Stage Membership at 1871, breaks down her experience reaching out to a junior associate for career advice.
Short 2: 20:40-21:17 & 22:14-22:32 (55 Seconds)
Text on screen 2: How did you talk to your manager about a job role not being the right fit for you, without seeming impatient and forceful?
Blurb 2: Need to start a conversion with your boss about your job not being the right fit? Hear Emily Nordquist, the Director of Early Stage Membership at 1871, talk about how she started a conversation about change without seeming too forceful or impatient.
Blurb 1: I don't think gets at what we're trying to say. It's got to be somethign like reaching out to senior execs for job advice is hard, but don't worry we've got your hack. If you are intimidated reach out to a more junior person who is 3-4 years below.
blurb 2: Still a little too professional. This is instagram and tiktok. I want you to talk like you are to your friends.

Your second post should have different hashtags than your first post because you are talking about different things
@George-Liu3 Short 2 & Blurb 2 the content you selected does not start out with an answer to that question. I think you've got to have two different questions that pop up in the Short 2 one on the value of being patient and the second is how do they talk with their boss about the position (so you will need to put the timestamp for the two questions when you want it to go)
We didn't get a question on the importance of patience and Emily's answer for how to talk to your boss was being patient. So I changed the focus of the question to include that context which lets her talk about patience make more sense as it builds up to how and why its important in talking to your boss about a job role not being the right fit.
updated structure of comments with only the answer in the short, text on screen and blurb.
