Short 1: The timestamp appears to be off

Short 2: The question is too long. Needs to be shorter, more direct and more impactful. Maybe start with the second part of the question.

For the blurbs they both need better hashtags. Also grammatically the blurbs are fine, but they are not very eye catching.

For the medium posts we definitely want to include the name, position and firm in the post.

For the short posts I don't know that we want to do that. This is going on instagram and tiktok so most people would not be reading that. I like giving the perspective of who the advice is coming from, but maybe the company name, position/type (in this case data scientist) can go in the hashtags. This would allow your captions to be more impactful and story driven. I would encourage you to look at how people are doing it on TikTok there is a specific hashtag #careertok to see what I'm talking about.
