@George-Liu3 Much better here.

Two things:

  1. While this is not our format, I think the writing is much more free flowing and we can definitely go with it. However you just need to add a sentence or two for the transition.
  2. You need better hashtags.

This is a small edit, but I think you need more of a transition to the hook. Imagine you are listening to a podcast and the first words were the average American.

Right before this is where we introduce the podcast and then you need something to transition here which is like 'Did you know that the average American...'

Also I thought the average is 10-12 roles not 3-7. According to BLS it is 12: https://www.bls.gov/nls/questions-and-answers.htm#:~:text=Number%20of%20Jobs%20Held%20in%20a%20Lifetime,-A%20BLS%20news&text=(In%20this%20report%2C%20a%20job,and%20women%20held%2012.3%20jobs.
