BACKGROUND Joe Chura has a strong passion for computer programming and hands-on work so in 2013 he co-founded Dealer Inspire. There, he served as the CEO and led the development of new solutions to help dealers be successful in this modern era. He drove the company's growth and success and in just a few years, Dealer Inspire had grown to over 800 employees serving over 5 thousand clients, which he subsequently sold to Cars.com. And while that all might sound very glamorous to get started Joe definitely did not have the easiest of paths. In fact he actually started his career on the Ford assembly line at age 20, reading his college textbooks in between building cars!
