@meinaliu very well written. For this set it is ok how you set them up, but I would want you to develop the first paragraph more with some analysis on your part or stats. But overall great job and like I said incredibly well written.

@meinaliu The intro clip is a bit long. Usually want to go around 30-45 seconds.

I'm Brett Hummel and today we have an insightful conversation with the remarkable Vanessa Larco from New Enterprise Associates Ventures more commonly known as NEA. With a rich background spanning notable companies including Microsoft to starting her own company, Vanessa has mastered the art of venture capita leading investments inl Assembled, Kindred, Rewind AI, Cleo, Evernow, Rocket.Chat, and Mejuri, among others. Background: Growing up we often hear the age old warning to err on the side of caution. But in a world that emphasizes stability, how do we find the courage to pursue brilliant ideas that could unlock success? Are we holding ourselves back by prioritizing safety over venturing into the realm of the unknown? And While that can seem highly rhetorical, it is actually something that impacts all of us as we transition to the professional world. Because it is at this moment where I believe students can often let fear of the unknown take control of their decisions and instead of exploring possibilities with startups, opt for the stability of big companies that they perceive to be much more reliable, especially in tech. However, today Vanessa Larco presents a compelling counter-narrative and she has a great perspective on this issue as well because her journey starts at big tech firm and eventually led her to her own startup. As you’ll hear today, her story challenges the notion of playing it safe, and I think should encourage individuals on the fence to follow their instincts and wholeheartedly commit to taking on something a little different in their careers.
