Long:

Ilana Hechter’s journey to get where she is now is not the same as most of her colleagues, but she had experiences growing up that most people can relate to at least to some degree like being a server or doing ballet. Whether it was discovering her passion for running a business at her serving job or developing the perseverance to keep dancing because it was something she loved, Ilana made the most out of these experiences to the best of her ability. This application of experience and demonstration of skill has propelled her to work at companies such as Deloitte, Ernst and Young, and Mercer Canada in the past. Today Ilana is a partner at Oliver Wyman, one of Fortune’s top 100 companies to work for in the world, specializing in the company’s Organizational effectiveness capability.

Intro: Highlight: 11:40-12:03 Brought to you by Promazo, this is another episode of [NAME], where we are focused on delivering our students with [MISSION]. Today’s episode of [NAME] is brought you by two of our co-hosts Brett and James, and they have a great conversation with Oliver Wyman partner, Ilana Hechter. She had an unorthodox route to get into consulting, graduating from the University of Manitoba after earning an Honors Bachelor Degree in Psychology and later earning a Masters in Organizational Psychology from the University of Guelph, but after our conversation with her, you can tell that she is grateful for this route because it made her who she is today. Everyone has their own experiences, it’s a part of living life, but it is our job to take these experiences along with the knowledge and skills they give us and apply them to help us get to where we want to go. With so much emphasis on only the biggest of accomplishments and experiences, we tend to take simple things like part-time jobs, or sports teams we were on for granted. Oliver Wyman is a management consulting firm that is considered one of the global leaders in the industry with over 5,000 employees and 2.5 billion dollars in revenue in 2021. They are currently operating with offices in more than 70 cities across 30 different countries all over the globe. If these insights about the company didn’t make it clear Oliver Wyman is among the elite consulting firms, they were rated the fifth-best US consulting firm to work for in 2020 by Vault and they are also one of the Fortune 100 best companies to work for in the world. Wyman has a multitude of capabilities they use to generate disruption and breakthroughs for their clients. Ilana works in the companies' Organizational Effectiveness practice, meaning she is focused on how to help businesses achieve their goals or change within the company by creating people-based solutions. Ilana wasn’t handed her position at Oliver Wyman on a silver platter, she has shown that if you stay dedicated, learn from those around you, and take everything you can from your experiences no matter the significance you can reach heights that may seem out of reach right now. Whether you are an aspiring consultant, or a student just looking to gain some general knowledge this conversation has something for you. With that, let's dive in!

Need to describe Oliver Wyman and her role in the top of the intro. I think you also need to give a bit more context on her from our research if you can. This seems like you're reading from her bio. I would rather get your impression, what struck you. This is your time to give analysis.

Also look at spelling.

You also need to add the highlight you want to showcase at the beginning of the podcast.

@bryanace53 At 3:49 you have me start of with 'especially', but it should start a few words back with 'I think'. On the transcript it is 20:32. I think you start around 20:31

@bryanace53 At 4:00 Ilana's background goes completely black and the video shrinks until 6:41 when it returns to normal size.

Here is the video with the fixes I started the video earlier to include "I think" and I made the video to it's normal size at minute 4
