One of the hot topics within discussions of work culture today is the idea of burnout. As young students start to navigate their career paths, it's important to be aware of the stress that many high paying- jobs, such as trading, can bring about. In this interview, Hemal Gala, the VP of Operations at Ellevest, dives into the issue of burnout and why he suggests that working at smaller firms can give employees more sense of purpose with the work they engage in.

@mirichann the timestamps look good. I think the caption is a little off. I think the main thrust of what he's talking about is the fact that he suggests you stay at smaller firms. If you could adjust the caption to capture this I would appreciate it.

@mirichann I think the caption is still not right. He is saying specifically that you should be aware of trading because even though the money is good you can quickly burn out. He is not making a comment that larger firms cause burnout.

You also have most of the interview about things other than burnout so I don't think that this makes sense as a heading topic unless you say something like: As you look to start your career be careful not just to do it for the money. In some of the highest paying jobs like trading the stress can cause burnout.

Again I don't think that's really the thrust of what you're going for though, but it could be mentioned with another topic like the fact that he suggests a smaller firm can give you more purpose.

@aflies1 This still has edits. Especially towards the end. Take a look at how I did them.
