MEDIUM LENGTH

SPLIT UP THIS MEDIUM POST INTO TWO OR MORE, THE WHOLE INTERVIEW WAS DOUBLE THE LENGTH.

We walked away with our longest ever interview and more life advice than career advice. Gerald opened up and spoke about everything from risk management to parenting lifestyles, from how to build a team to the forgotten need for delayed gratification. @ArseniySky You need to split up the interview how you want it (I agree it should be two posts, but you need to designate which questions/answers go where) and then the blurb comes off badly like it is the longest interview ever.
