Really good job here Bryan. I had a few comments: 00:29-The title slides out weird for Mel at the bottom left 3:10- The video cuts off when he is describing his most important piece of advice. I would rather shorten or eliminate his whole discussion on the naval school in the first cut than take out his most important piece of advice and his follow up to that 3:10-Title Text should be changed to: What do you look for in a candidate? 3:51- Title Text should be changed to: How do you know if a company is best... 3:51-It seems to cut off the start of his thought. Need to let the audio start a little earlier
