Followup to #245, which setup GA4
Once the UA tag (UA-58468480-3) is no longer needed or is no longer receiving data (which will happen in 2023), the tag registration code should be removed from the website: https://github.com/promcon/website/blob/0cf826e966e0b3f2320f31288df17fef698fae8a/layouts/default.html#L58-L67
