Clean out to the bare! #14

Still debating how far to go with this, but here are the options of what should be removed:

  1. DIOS stuff
  2. FMDB stuff
  3. DataHandler stuff

All should be demonstrated in the example but maybe not in the actual framework?

That way no need for FMDB, AFNetworking & DIOS
