Remove postfix dependency #15

Its not clear to me why there is a dependency to postfix. It is not used by the cookbook at all. So is there a reason I oversee?

I believe this was added because of the fact that the install sends an email with the admin password once done. Don't think it should be added there and we can probably remove it.
