Update example in README.md #358

Running the example results in the following error:

stackdriver_exporter: error: flag 'monitoring.metrics-type-prefixes' cannot be repeated, try --help

According to the documentation, monitoring.metrics-type-prefixes should be a "Comma separated Google Stackdriver Monitoring Metric Type prefixes"
