Update Styling of Card Components #109

On the introduction page, card components are pointing to different guides. On hovering the cards, there is no change to its state indicating a link to another page.

It would be nice to have a colored border appearing on the card when it is in hover state. Hex code of the color: #8ED6FB

Hi @ArthurSens, Actually I face the issue while setting up this project locally and don't get much but after setting up it locally I'm getting this!

coudld you please help me how to proceed, because local development setup guide was not so good so i faced issues. now if you could help me how to proceed further that can help me to resolve this issue!

I don't work on this repo that often, I'm not sure how to solve this either 😬

I know that we have automation that will open a preview with Netlify once you open a pull request. A pull request will also help us to help you since we'll know if you made any change that you shouldn't have done it

Do you want to open a draft PR with your changes? :)

I haven't opened up the PR yet but you can see the 1st screenshot i have to fix that also and I'll try to open PR soon or if i'll face any issue i'll let you know

Can you explain the steps you took to set up locally? There may be an issue with the Doks template not working properly. As Arthur said, best would be to open a draft PR.
