Include LICENSE in gem #262

This includes the LICENSE source in the built and released gem and further allows downstream packaging (e.g. RPM / deb) to include the official license file in the distributed source.

Hey @ehelms, thanks for sending this in. Would you be able to add a signoff to your commit for the DCO? I'll get this approved and merged once you do.

@ehelms I just want to check: I wouldn't normally cut a new version just for this, but if it'll make your day easier packaging-wise I'm happy to.
