Grafana legacy alerting has been removed from Grafana 11.0.

Seems to be failing on systemd, perhaps the CI overwriting the docker command?

Edit: I see there was a fix proposed in #85 Not sure why that failed though as the logs have expired.

Yea, I was trying to reproduce the systemd testing we do in the collection repo. I was unable to reproduce it.
