CfP closes 2019-07-31.

The organizers are really keen on having a Prometheus contribution to the conference.

Caveat: The visa requirements used to be quite aggressive including bank statements of the last 2 years. That being said, it would be great to cover Russia better.

@RichiH they just approved an extension of the e-visa program to St. Petersburg starting October 1st, so that should make things so much easier.
