Should we expect all three to be of similar level, or unknown?

In general, I'd expect them to be similar (same organizer, same branding).

Having said that, this one was branded as “JAX DevOps” before (was there once), and I'd assume a good part of the speakers and the audience being locally sourced, which would certainly change the culture behind the whole thing.
