I submitted a demo-style talk about the new metadata API and how Grafana uses it and the upcoming exemplar experiments (and how Grafana might use them).

My talk "Exemplars and Other Metric Metadata in Prometheus" got accepted. I would have preferred @RichiH 's talk over mine, but weirdly enough, it didn't make it.

Postponed to the summer.

Still no news about the exact date, besides "end of July", which appears increasingly unlikely for a physical conference at this point. We'll see…

Finally official news (not just a tweet). Conference will happen online 2020-06-22→23. I think that's a bit short notice, but anyway. I'm on the fence about the whole online conference thing. This is now all the talks and workshop in two days. Might devolve into a snoozefest. I would still consider to give my talk, but the form they sent to the speakers only allowed one answer for both conferences, and no free-form comment. So I said "no" (cf. #37).
