Cleanup IM infrastructure not in the DB #48

Occasionally we end up with infrastructures in IM which are not in the IMC DB. We should find and delete these. However, how do we ensure we do not delete infrastructure which has only just been created and therefore not been added to the DB yet?

Check if output from imclient.getdata includes a creation time or similar.
