Deployment & deletion race conditions #63

Experienced status being set to unable after a deletion request, resulting in the deletion never occurring.

This https://github.com/prominence-eosc/imc/commit/eaaedcea7f8d4005ba573ee806f15a24f1660595 should ensure that the creating, configured, failed and unable states will not overwrite any deletion states.

With this also https://github.com/prominence-eosc/imc/commit/01cf9756f8430f4fa2b047ecdc9b4a7e674673b0 seems to be ok now (at least, no problems yet...)
