"Unable to destroy infrastructure with IM id" messages in stdout not log file #75

When the cleaner runs, sometimes get:

Unable to destroy infrastructure with IM id 78de085c-7439-11ea-9998-fa163e8e0483 due to: "Error Destroying Inf: Invalid infrastructure ID or access not granted."

in standard output, not in the log file. Not obvious why...

No longer use IM
