To me, specifying the starting time of the task is against GTD baseline, as
it messes with time management. I believe it would be great to have the
feature of marking only deadline (due to) date and time of the actions --
it doesn't matter, if I buy the tickets today or tomorrow, but I should
have them before getting on the train at tommorrow night.
