if you have ever played with gTasks,

you will find it have a really nice autosync feature,
it does not just do schedule sync by time interval, but also by event,

Sync on change
Sync on start
and Sync during sleep,

this cover almost any possible situation you wanna do a sync,
this implementation even better than a Locale plugin
