Won't sync action with empty project field

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.configure Shuffle againts a GTDIFY account
2.synchronize to receive your actions, projects & contexts
3.Choose an action and then empty it's project field, move it out from project
4.sync again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the specific action should have a empty project filed, belongs to no project

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 1.5 on HTC Hero
Shuffle 1.5.0
