Cannot instantiate dhtmlhistory object #52

Hello, 

I cannot seem to get the RSH samples to work on my web site.
1. Using Really Simple History 0.6,
Added all javascript files and blank.html to http://www.twopalms.com/snap
2. Test page http://www.twopalms.com/snap/rTestPage.htm always fails to 
instantiate window.dhtmlHistory: 

Error window.dhtmlHistory is null or not an object.

Fails in IE 6 and Firefox. Server is Linux/Apache.

Thank you very much for any suggestions or assistance.

Please disregard this post - it is probably not a defect.  I accidentally 
posted it
