Re-calculate Cart Discount When User Changes Items in the Cart #207

I've noticed that if I have more than one of the same item in my cart, apply a discount code, than remove or add to the quantity in my cart, the discount amount is not recalculated.

actually this probably belongs in the plugin

yeah haven't been able to get it to happen again
