[x] Fix failing test in test/api/integration/db.clj

@smnirven still more clean up to do on this branch but its mostly working now with mig version 0.0.3. Was wondering if you could help me with this one failing test. I'm not quite sure why its throwing a db-spec error.

You will need to checkout mig and then do a lein install for dependencies to resolve.

If you can't take a look no worries, but I would like a second set of eyes on mig to make sure its the direction others are comfortable with.

@bpromo turns out that test is testing something we don't do anymore, so I just removed the file entirely
