Prompt bug when resize terminal #932

When you change the size of the terminal, the prompt reacts randomly. It has been tested on the Ubuntu and Kali Linux terminal. Attached image for better understanding.

This happens for me too, but on Fedora Linux using the Gnome terminal. Versions: Python 3.7.3 prompt-toolkit 2.0.9 gnu-readline 8.0-2 Gnome 3.32.2
