Following the requested review of this PR, I've updated the readme in https://github.com/pronamic/wp-pay-logos/commit/655e53ecf56519c6dd51301fb46719d381aa4560 as the RGB and HEX color values were swapped.

Also, I've contacted EPC through https://www.europeanpaymentscouncil.eu/contact about the incorrect CMYK values in https://www.europeanpaymentscouncil.eu/sites/default/files/kb/file/2022-03/EPC034-08%20v.1.0%20VIG%20SEPA%20logo%20new%20template.pdf (C:100, M:75, Y:100, B:0 is dark green #004000, not blue).

Received confirmation from EPC that the Visual Identity Guidelines document has been updated and I've updated our readme accordingly in https://github.com/pronamic/wp-pay-logos/commit/df9064fe8997be99a694b326a7fbccab8cca922f.
