There is a problem with Formidable Forms. The payment method field appears on every page when you have a multi-page form. Also, when you press the Change Payment Method button on Mollie, everything is cancelled.

I just tested this with the following versions and can't reproduce this issue:

WordPress → 6.1.1
Formidable Forms Pro → 5.5.6
Pronamic Pay → 9.2.1

Simple Formidable Forms with multiple pages (page break)

Payment method field appears not on first page

Test payment is marked as completed

Perhaps there is a conflict with another plugin or a JavaScript error occurs?
