Re-Attempt Form Submission in case of error #1

This code will allow the user to submit the form again if an error occurred while attempting submission.

I can confirm the issue and a solution would be good.

I've had a look at it and hoped there would be a way to solve the issue without a script, but @wpninjas support confirmed that a script was needed to resolve this. Expect this to be merged in the near future (with some small changes). Thank you for your contribution.
