Add payment methods icons block? #301

Like https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/bc78b2cf55ca855c728b2beea6489fae56751a53/packages/block-library/src/social-links/block.json, might be nice to give https://github.com/pronamic/wp-pay-logos more exposure.

A lot of sites have the payment method icons in the footer:

@remcotolsma, maybe it would also be nice to be able to always list an up-to-date list of active payment methods via https://github.com/pronamic/wp-pronamic-pay/issues/154? That would also require a way to keep track of all payment methods.💡
