Update uninstall #375

It seems the uninstall script needs some love, as it currently contains a few issues:

[x] some queries are not using the $wpdb->prefix in table names
[ ] empty delete_option( '' ) statements (originating from https://github.com/pronamic/wp-pronamic-pay/commit/c88412d997f7399a0ca77891eee8008ed8011794 and https://github.com/pronamic/wp-pronamic-pay/commit/13e5931084a82307903e4f3e4d8c6dca596687cd)
[ ] it removes all orphaned post meta?
[ ] possibly not removing all data?
