Configuration has moved #1

Now, the configuration needs to be saved in a directory called "config" inside the root of the package. Otherwise, the bootstrap, routes and other files cannot be loaded.

Anyhow, I love where this is going since I have started to think about something similar.

P.S.: there have also been a couple of namespace changes, e.g. Cake\Error\Exception now lives somewhere else.

config directory moved and Exceptions updated.

I'd have done this myself but I'm still finding my way around GIT. Next time, I'll send you a pull-request instead of a cheeky issue. :wink:
