Class not found #13

Am getting below error. kindly assist. i have placed the source code in plugins/MultiTenant

Error: Class 'MultiTenant\Core\MTApp' not found File /Applications/XAMPP/xamppfiles/htdocs/scorecard/plugins/MultiTenant/config/bootstrap.php Line: 23
