I think important to somehow mention in the PCD guarantees/docs/whatever that it can't be used as a nullifier or for uniqueness!

This isn't relevant for Zuzalu -- we only make joint claims with your Semaphore identity, which comes with a nullifier for free. Aka we'd do something like have your Ethereum address sign your Semaphore public key, and then do a proof that:

You know a private key in the Zuzalu group
You have a signature from an Ethereum address on the public key generated
That Ethereum address has some reputation
Output your Semaphore nullifier as well
