Sorting performance under IE and Chrome #3

This is very strange, maybe it's just me or a problem with my configuration...

I have a table with a quite-large dimension expanded (so the table has,
say, 200 lines).
I click on the icon to sort by a measure.
Under Firefox it is almost immediate (1 second), under IE8 and Chrome4 it
takes a lot of time(say 50 seconds).
Tried several times with same results.

During this time the work is server-side (Tomcat process), not client-side,
so it seems the browsers send different queries??
Or the server processes them differently?

Wait - wait - wait

There was actually a slight difference between the two queries, in one case an
aggregate function was used.
When using the same exact query, performances are the same across the browsers,
as
expected.

So you can close this -- sorry.
