spike: Explore etherspot integration for AA functionality

As a second provider, explore etherspot's offering+SDK as a second provider to integrate for our existing AA functionality.

Look for:

• Their SDK/APIs and similarity to what we need
• Smart contract factory
• Wallets created
• Session key registration and revocation
• Portability of wallet from/to another provider
• Administrative aspects of gas sponsorship setup (project credentials, quota management, etc)

Outcome: get enough information/experimentation done to take a first cut at designing the solution/approach for the integration and discuss it's characteristics. Actual implementation will happen outside of this ticket.
