Split process manager into several tags

The process manager app got to big. We should split some functionality into dedicated tags:

[x] workflow-name
[x] whiteboard
[x] metadata-modal, is already split, because the handler module tag is loaded into it
[x] processing-type-modal, should stay part of the main tag
[x] detach-connection-modal, is now part of the whiteboard
