System config: provide switch to enable version control

By default the app is designed to exclude all dynamic content like generated processing types and the processing config.

A simple switch could change pathes and config names so that the .gitignore rules no longer match.

This is useful for projects where prooph link is included in the development lifecycle and deployment processes.

This can be closed due to new modular structure of the entire application.
