Enhance possibilities of manipulate payload task

• [ ] Provide previous message as argument
• [ ] Provide metadata from task definition as argument
• [ ] If script returns an array merge it with metadata of previous message
• [ ] Provide workflow engine as argument, so that the script can trigger follow up processes
• [ ] Add possibility to configure reusable manipulation scripts and provide some useful defaults
